After graduating from high school, Allison went on to Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts to get her pastry degree. She completed her externship as a baker at a resort and starting working towards her own dreams. Baked by Allison has always been a home based bakery, but in 2025 Allison took a leap of faith and bought a trailer to sell her sweets out of.
